Rent a saloon boat
In the summer months, an open sloop is available with a capacity of 20 people. Kompas Loosdrecht rents out a saloon boat in the winter months. The boat is suitable for business groups of up to 12 people and offers a beautiful view of the Loosdrechtse Plassen. The boat is equipped with a cozy saloon with comfortable chairs and a bar. In 2020, Kompas Loosdrecht was opened, named after the former restaurant Kompas that was located here. The name has evoked positive memories for many people, both locals and people from the business world. The new location has a modern Scandinavian style, but remains that familiar place on the water. The love for jazz has also remained. That is why evenings are regularly organized where business visitors can dine and enjoy live jazz music.
The beating heart of the restaurant is the open kitchen. When you enter, you even walk through it. Chef Bart Noordam has no secrets. In the open kitchen, cooking is done with love and pleasure. Everything is focused on quality and contact. Bart Noordam uses French cuisine as a basis with worldly influences and a modern twist.
